Hello! We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re ordering from across the country or just down the street, we want to make sure your Another Corner goods arrive safely. Shipping & Handling

We are a small team packing and shipping orders Wednesday through Sunday directly in our shop in Philadelphia.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Because our shop is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, orders placed at the beginning of the week will begin processing when we're back in on Wednesday.

We primarily ship via USPS, but we also use UPS or FedEx depending on what gets your order to you most reliably.

We offer free standard shipping on domestic (US) orders over $75. This is calculated on your subtotal after discounts.

Only one discount code can be used per order. Please be sure to apply your code at checkout, as we cannot apply them retroactively.

Local Pickup

In the neighborhood? You can skip the shipping fees by selecting Local Pickup at checkout.

We’ll send you an email the moment your order is ready.

Pickup is available at our shop: 612 S 6th St, Philadelphia, PA 19147.

Pickup is available during our shop hours, Wednesday through Sunday.

Because we have limited storage, pickup orders can be held for 7 business days. If life gets in the way and you need a bit more time, just send us a note!

Delivery Timelines

Once the carrier scans your package, the journey is in their hands.

Domestic Standard: 3–7 business days.

Domestic Expedited: 1–3 business days.

International: Usually 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs.

Note: Another Corner isn't responsible for delays caused by carrier volume, seasonal surges, or customs hold-ups.

Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes things just aren't a perfect fit. We accept returns on full-price, unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect, sellable condition.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on coffee, tea, or other pantry items and drinks. All items marked "Sale" are final sale.

The fastest way to swap something is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Received a gift that isn't quite right? We offer e-Gift Cards for gift returns so you can find something you love.

If you have a return to make, email hello@anothercorner.co with your order number. Once we’ve inspected the return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

We ship worldwide using a variety of global carriers.

International orders may incur import fees or VAT set by your home country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected at checkout.

All international sales are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives looking a bit worse for wear, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the box and the item. We’ll make it right.

Missing Packages: Once a package is marked "Delivered," it is officially out of our hands. We highly recommend shipping to a secure spot. If your package goes missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
