Park Bench Red Plum Coffee

Roasted in from Finca el Paraíso, a group renowned for their experimental and advanced processing techniques. P-02 is among the many offerings from the producers in which specific microorganisms or yeast are introduced in the fermentation process to develop a certain flavor profile. In this case, P-02 has deep red fruit and plum notes, with some pleasant tartness that reminds us of raspberry.
