Touchy Coffee: Sunkiss

UNTIL, AT LAST, THE COFFEES OF SUMMER FOUND US ☀️

 
Two years ago it was an atypical natural Sumatran coffee, but now, in only the second ever SUNKISS, and this time with perhaps the archetype that we always knew would eventually manifest: A RED FRUIT, TEA, & CITRUS JUICE FEST from Sidama, Ethiopia. Naturally processed at the Hamasho Washing Station in Bensa — a station we featured once before — this coffee is brilliantly red, pink and electric green. Exuberant, refreshing, dynamic, and vivacious. Mostly made of the 74158 Variety, grown by ~600 farmers between elevations of 1,920 and 2,020 meters above sea level, this coffee is an ideal expression of one of the many facets of Ethiopian coffee that we absolutely adore and seek to represent every season.
